Strong leadership skills are vital on projects requiring coding and a strong conceptual knowledge of RDBMS is required. Excellent communication skills are necessary in order to accurately identify project needs with team members. A high level of analytical skill must be demonstrated to solve technical issues involving research, interpretation and resolution. Excellence in managing changing priorities is crucial, as well as the ability to resolve conflicts and work effectively with others. Experience working with a CMM compliant organization is a plus. Additional requirements are as follows:
  • Experience with designing application using any of the Microsoft.NET based languages
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies including WPF, VB.NET, Silverlight, C#, ASP.NET, XML, XSL, scripting languages including VBScript/JavaScript and HTML
