Our Solution
We developed a state-of-the-art fully electronic audit environment that allows the client to plan, perform and document audits efficiently and effectively. The electronic workflow is designed to guide users through the audit, and a review and signoff workflow was designed to facilitate the review process. Further functionality for project management was developed that allows for planning and status reporting.
The application is designed to allow the business user to create a document by choosing a workflow based on phases; each phase comprising numerous auditing activities. Utilizing the Microsoft Groove Platform and leveraging the organization’s Active Directory, invitations are sent to prospective team members. Upon receipt and acceptance of the invitation, the document is automatically sent to the new team member, allowing or effective and seamless collaboration.
