with overwhelming success. DUOC is a higher education institution in Chile providing
technical degrees and vocational training to a student body of approximately 40,000.

Orion Scores a "NOC - OUT"!

Over the past year Orion's Senior Management has been working behind the scenes
getting Orion's state-of-the-art NOC wired and staffed to monitor and manage part
of a complex high-tech network across the nation of Saudi Arabia. "This is a great
accomplishment for Orion, says Rudy Ramcharitar, EVP at Orion and key player in
the infrastructure development of the NOC. Developing business in Riyadh creates
a path toward greater market share for Orion and future successes."
Heading the on-site operations is Steve Rebesco, who is responsible for the overall
management of our NOC as well as building and sustaining customer relationships.
Reporting to Steve is Ravi Sutrave who holds the position of NOC Operations Manager.
Ravi manages a team of 28 resources, all of whom are dedicated to supporting KSA's
push toward infrastructure modernization. "This is a state-of-the-art network that
is built on the latest technology from Cisco", says Ravi. Orion's NOC services are
supported by a comprehensive SLA to ensure an always flexible, available, reliable

MSLS Group Delivers Flawless Solution to Top Advertising Firm

In just short of one year Orion's Managed Software Lifecycle Services
Group, led by Ashish Sridharan completed and delivered Phase 1 of a managed services
solution for Intermark Media; a performance based, interactive marketing company
that serves the digital advertising sector. A trailblazer in lead generation and
marketing, Intermark represents some of the most recognized brands, financial institutions,
debt agencies and mortgage lenders in the country.
Experiencing exponential growth, Intermark needed a custom application that would
provide more visibility into organizational data and a shorter lead time for enhancements
and additional functionality. Orion was approached to provide Intermark with a managed
services solution that included design and development that would help to achieve
agility in the services that Intermark could provide to their clients. "This was
an exciting opportunity for Orion to showcase our talent, states Ashish. My team
was ready, willing and able to take on this challenge". With teams placed on site
at Intermark, as well as in NJ and our delivery center in Mumbai, our MSLS Group
designed, developed, tested and deployed a a Microsoft.NET based and SQL Server
solution aptly named "eMedia Track".
