Raj is responsible for managing Orion’s growth as a leading provider of information technology and outsourcing services. With over 22 years of experience, Raj is a seasoned executive who has successfully led the growth and development of both significantly larger IT services companies, as well as start-up ventures. Prior to joining Orion, Raj was the President and COO of LiquidHub, an IT consulting and Services Company where he led the Business Units and Global Operations. In previous roles, he was a Co-founder and Chairman of the Board of aSpark, an IT Services Company focused on enterprise solutions in the emerging digital interactive market. He has also spent over seven years with MphasiS, an HP company, playing several key roles in its growth to over a billion dollars in revenues.

Raj received an MBA from the University of Chicago – Booth School of Business, MS in Computer Science from Villanova University, Pennsylvania and a BS in Computer Science from Mysore University, India.

Jeffrey brings with him over twenty-five years of experience in public and private software, emerging growth and service businesses. His vast experience includes strategic financial and business planning, mergers and acquisitions, cost analysis and control, management reporting, developing banking and legal relationships, contract negotiations, IT, insurance, operations and human resources.

Having held VP and CFO positions with companies such as Unitrends, Inc., LabVantage Solutions, Inc., and IBM, Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge to his role at Orion. Jeff is a CPA and holds a BA in Accounting from King’s College.

With over 18 years of experience, Satish is a seasoned executive who has successfully led the growth and development of fledgling groups into 3-4 digit revenue segments. At Orion, Satish is responsible for managing the company’s growth as a leading provider of global consulting, information technology and outsourcing services. Prior to joining Orion, Satish was the Head of IMS services for Tech Mahindra – Americas and prior to that, he was head of Best shore practice group of HP-TS & MphasiS. In his previous roles, Satish was responsible for consistent double digit growth of the groups he was heading.

Satish received an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (formerly the Regional Engineering College) in Nagpur.

Chetan has over 26 years of professional experience with large software systems. During his professional career, he has held several lead technical positions with Fortune 100 companies including Singer Link Simulations, Raytheon, Bendix, CSC, and AT&T Bell Labs. In these roles, Chetan was responsible for the successful design and implementation of key information technology systems. He has played a crucial role in the implementation and deployment of a variety of OSS systems such as planning, forecasting, order management/provisioning, maintenance and customer care. He has managed multi-million dollar mission critical software projects. Previously the Managing Director of Unixpros, LLC, he currently runs Orion’s operations, oversees business development, project development and marketing activities.

Chetan holds an MS degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and a MS in Engineering from Cornell University as well as a Baccalaureate of Technology in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in India.

In addition to Orion’s development center in Mumbai, Narendra is responsible for overseeing operations in our state-of-the-art development center located in Kochi. He continues to successfully spearhead and implement Orion’s end-to-end infrastructure including staffing, project management, application development and deployment. His focus on marketing and operations management combined with his strong sense of commitment and dedication have greatly contributed to Orion’s sustainable growth plan.

Sunil is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Orion Systems Integrators, and has 28 years of experience in creating and executing visions, strategies and goals for IT enterprises. As a serial entrepreneur and seasoned IT executive, Sunil leverages his deep understanding of industry verticals and technologies to build new businesses through innovative solutions and strategic engagement models. Since founding Orion in 1993, the company has prospered under his leadership and direction to become a global company with ten offices spanning four continents. Over 21 years old, Orion has had double digit revenue growth year over year. During this period, Orion also made two strategic acquisitions; Unixpros in 2008 and Namtra Business Solutions in 2012, both of which further strengthened Orion’s portfolio in the communications and government sectors.

In addition to Orion, Sunil is the Founder and Chairman of Moofwd, Inc., a globally recognized mobile productivity application development firm that provides a platform to rapidly deploy enterprise applications on mobile devices. Sunil is also a Co-Founder, Principal and Board member of Optimal Business Solutions, an ERP and supply chain solution provider for importers and domestic manufacturers worldwide. Additionally, Sunil is an active investor in two startups in the energy and education sectors.

In 2011, Sunil was named by Ernst & Young as an Entrepreneur Of The Year® New Jersey Award Winner in IT Services. Driven by Sunil’s leadership, Orion has been recognized by Inc. 5000 as one of the nation’s fastest growing private companies for five consecutive years. John is the Founder and a Partner of Potomac Equity Partners, a leading middle market private equity investment firm focused on the software/technology, education/training, healthcare, and information services sectors. John has approximately 25 years of investment transaction experience, and has completed in excess of $100 billion of transactions in a wide range of industries.

Prior to founding Potomac Equity Partners, John was a Partner and Member of the Investment Committee of Arlington Capital Partners, a middle market private equity fund with $1.5 billion under management. During John’s eleven year experience at Arlington, he completed 18 transactions, including leading or co-leading new portfolio company transactions in the education, healthcare software and services, information services/technology, interactive marketing, and media sectors. John started his career as an analyst at Price Waterhouse.

John holds an M.B.A. degree and is a Director’s List recipient from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a graduate of Princeton University. John also previously was All-American Consideration for U.S. Swimming.

Mark recently retired from Booz Allen Hamilton after various leadership roles and 32 years of service at the firm. During his tenure at Booz Allen, Mark served six terms on the company’s Board of Directors and was a member of the firm’s leadership team that set its strategic agenda and market strategy, and made the firm’s resource allocation and major investment decisions. Mark previously led the firm’s Commercial Business, focused on helping financial services, health, energy, and utilities clients address complex issues associated with cybersecurity, business and IT transformation, and risk mitigation. Prior to this role, Mark was Managing Director of Booz Allen’s Global Government Business, leading the public sector business within the U.S. and abroad.

Mark was nominated by the White House and confirmed by the Senate (Armed Services Committee) as a member of the National Security Education Board, chaired by the Secretary of Defense. Mark also serves as Chairman of the Board of Visitors for the University of Maryland, University College. Mark was named by Consulting Magazine in 2007 as one of the top 25 most influential consultants in the world, and was recognized by ExecutiveBiz Magazine as one of the Top 10 Game Changers in Washington, D.C. for 2009 and one of the Top 20 People to Watch for 2011.
