Job description:

We are currently looking for an junior proactive and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team in a new Orion Innovation office in Vilnius, Lithuania. A person in this role is expected to be a creative, innovative, and inspiring personality preferably with proven work experience and good design/prototyping software knowledge.

Overall responsibilities:

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Take complete ownership of the design, user experience and UI
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
  • Assist senior UI/UX designer on ad hoc basis
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
  • Adopt an existing design system, adapt and build upon it by using and improving existing components, patterns and principles


  • A portfolio demonstrating your work
  • Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
  • Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design
  • Ability to communicate design decisions through sketches and low fidelity prototypes
  • A strong sense of aesthetics
  • Written and Spoken English, strong communication skills
  • Expertise with Figma, Creative Suite, ProtoPie, Axure or other design and prototyping software
  • Good analytical skills, able to interrogate and interpret information


  • Work experience in the Agile environment
  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • Experience working on consumer software products
  • Understanding of SDLC
  • You have a proven ability to work autonomously and stay self-motivated
  • You own a strong belief in the value of teamwork
  • Experience working in corporate environment
