Responsibilities:
- Conducting Regular Application Testing, Collection of Data from the company’s tool and Database, Configuration and other tasks related to data gathering as assigned by your immediate superior. (Testing with test SIM/Handset – attending different network scenarios in case of Voice or Data usage)
- Participate in the design process to understand, analyze, and influence the application/service/system to be tested
- Identify the risks and appropriate test coverage to validate new features as well as regression and develop test plans and cases
- Create, maintain, and upgrade load systems include automation scripts writing
- Come up with more efficient ways to test features and identify the area of testing that can be automated
- Install and configure the system accordingly
- Execute test cases, manually or in an automated fashion, capture and analyze the results, document issues, and prepare test reports
- Present testing results and progress to the management team
- Actively participate and contribute to the work of the Team and willing to finish assigned tasks on time
Requirements:
Must Have:
- 1+ years’ experience working as a QA Engineer/Support Engineer/Network Engineer/ Deployment Engineer/Solutions Engineer/Integration Engineer in the telecom deployment industry
- Telecom knowledge – 4G, 5G, IMS, VoLTE
- Good troubleshooting capability, process – operations & support
- Linux OS, SQL knowledge
- Fluent English
Nice to Have:
- QA process exposure – Agile method, creating Telecom test cases
- Scripts development in Pearl, Python, Shell, and Bash
