Sr. Senior Business Analyst

Business Analysis/Process Modeller

Responsibilities:

  • Working with business teams to define gaps, facilitate discussions to harmonize and document end state(to be) processes.
  • Analyse current business requirements and define and update requirements to address the necessary changes in business process.
  • Own alignment of business requirement changes with IT and business stakeholders.

Required skills

  • Strong business process modeler skills with experience in as-is/to-be business process analysis and definition.
  • Strong BA skills able to develop BRD and the ability to quickly learn and understand the system and process based on current requirements.
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-starter.
  • Understanding of Regulatory business processes a strong plus.
