Before joining Orion, Kelly served as Vice President of Global Marketing at Carbyne, where she reimagined the marketing organization and pioneered new market channels. Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in positioning brands as industry leaders, driving significant market share expansion, and crafting impactful strategies at companies including Coforge, NICE, and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).
