As leaders in the workplace, women should keep in mind that leading from the heart and with compassion can inspire others to dream more, learn more and become more. Lead from your heart: it’s your best brain!
Who are some of your female role models or women you look up to?
First and foremost, the female role model I look up to the most is my extraordinary mother. She has provided me with love, support, inspiration, and the fortitude each day to “improvise, adapt and overcome.” Other amazing female leaders I look up to are Michelle Obama, Sheryl Sandberg, and Katherine Johnson.
