We were tasked with reducing data risk (general risk management, data security, and privacy) and process improvement (regulatory compliance, data quality, metadata management, development project efficiency, and vendor management).

Solutions & Technologies
We established data governance processes and policies; defined a data governance team and roles, metrics, and communication plan, and defined and documented a data quality feedback and remediation process. Technologies included Microsoft Azure, Informatica, Snowflake, MicroStrategy, Cognos, SPSS and ERwin.
