What do you love most about working at Orion?
Orion has become an addition to my family for over a decade. I enjoy the flexibility and support extended from our executive team. Our efforts get noticed and appreciated, which is extremely motivating.
What advice would you give to other women in technology roles?
The tech world is predominatly a man’s world due to the lack of women in leadership roles. I would advise women to be prepared to spot growth opportunities when they present themselves, show initiative, step up, take risks, and challenge yourself to do better.
What do you love most about the technology industry?
There is a touch of technology in our day-to-day lives, and it has become an indispensable necessity. The power to communicate and keep us connected has proven that it’s truly a small world. Technology has given us the ability to improve and save lives this year.
What is the secret to your success?
My success mantra is that focus, determination, and perseverance will help you achieve your goals. And I try to be optimistic even during challenging times, as every dark cloud has a silver lining.
Who are some of your female role models or women you look up to?
Every woman I am connected with has inspired me in one way or the other. I always look up to my mother as a role model. She has been a great influence in my life and an immense pillar of support. I’ve always been motivated by her to grow above all barriers and be the strong person I am today.
