What do you love most about working at Orion?
What I love most about Orion is the work culture and environment given to grow and challenge yourself with. There’s also a feeling of an extended family that encourages and celebrates your achievements together.

I define my success in the ability to be the maker of my own destiny, finding the right balance, and competing to be a better version of myself every day.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve overcome?
The biggest challenge I faced is a career break, which I overcame with my sheer will to break the glass ceiling, enter a new domain, and reclaim my career aspirations.
Who are some of your female role models or women you look up to?
My biggest role model is my mother. She has been a great mentor and source of support. My mamma is an incredible independent woman who has shaped and molded me as the strong person I am today, and I owe it to her.
