What do you love most about working at Orion?
Working with Orion means working with my family. There is strong sense of a unified culture that has made my work life enjoyable.
What advice would you give to other women in technology roles?
The one piece of advice I’d give to other women in tech roles is to have faith in your ability, and do the best you can in whatever work you do. Because nothing speaks louder than the quality of your work.
What do you love most about the technology industry?
I feel that there is more gender equality in the tech field than in others. In this industry, you get an equal chance to move up the career ladder as your male counterparts.
What is the secret to your success?
I enjoy my job, and hence I’m able to consistently deliver quality work.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve overcome?
The biggest challenge for me is conducting training sessions for my colleagues.
Who are some of your female role models or women you look up to?
Indira Nooyi (ex-CEO of Pepsico), Sudha Murthy (Infosys), and Kangana Ranaut. Ranaut is an actress, and I like her assertiveness. I feel that we women should be more assertive in our career to achieve success.
