What do you love most about the technology industry?
I enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and the IT industry provides that for me. More specifically, as an IT Recruiter, I speak with new candidates on a daily basis, and I love the diversity and perspective that it offers me.
What is the secret to your success?
The secret to my success is a combination of staying organized and constantly building relationships. My job is challenging, yet rewarding and thankfully, I have the strong ability to multitask.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve overcome?
The biggest challenge I have overcome is persevering and getting back to work promptly after losing my female role model (my mother) at a young age and start of my career.
