Orion’s Digital Product Development Division (MERA) has been recognized as a leader in outsourcing, listed in 2020 Global Outsourcing 100® by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®).

Zurich, Switzerland – March 3, 2020 – Orion has been included in the Global Outsourcing 100 list, an annual ranking of the world’s best outsourcing service providers. This is the eleventh time the company has earned this listing and the sixth time it secured a leading position among 100 other participants. The list of companies was unveiled on February 18 at the 2020 Outsourcing World Summit in Orlando, Florida.

The Global Outsourcing 100 is an essential reference for companies seeking new and expanded relationships with the best companies in the industry. “Buyers understand there are hundreds of qualified service providers and advisors out there, but what they need to understand now is what makes each one exceptional,” said IAOP CEO Debi Hamill. “The Global Outsourcing 100 list has done just that. We’re proud to recognize MERA for being among these companies this year.”

This past year was a transformative period for our business: a strategic combination with Orion significantly expanded our software development offering to deliver a broad palette of capabilities in digital transformation,” according to EVP & Chief Executive of Orion’s Digital Product Development Division (MERA), Alex Bogachek. “The fact that we continue to occupy a leading position on the GO100 listing is testament to the strength of our engineering and impact we make for our clients. We honor our commitments to our clients to deliver game-changing digital products.”

The 2020 Global Outsourcing 100 recognizes the world’s best outsourcing service providers. This list is based on applications received, and judging is based on a rigorous scoring methodology. For 2020, four areas were considered and judged: Customer References, Awards and Certifications, Programs for Innovation and Corporate Social Responsibility. IAOP will issue the sub-lists with the names of the companies that distinguished themselves in one of the four judging categories later this spring.
