What I love most about the tech industry is the creativity in problem solving.
What is the secret to your success?
Work hard, understand others, be flexible, embrace failures as learning opportunities, and act like a human.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve overcome?
Retaining star employees in a very competitive environment is the biggest challenge I am constantly facing.
Who are some of your female role models or women you look up to?
I believe that my female colleagues, business partners and superiors are all really powerful examples of what women in business can achieve.
