Gratsiela is an experienced leader with more than 16 years in the Business & IT Process Outsourcing industry with proven track of setting up teams and projects with expertise in people, performance and IT project management.
Gratsiela started at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise to build up their Service Center in Sofia, Bulgaria for Storage Technical support and NPI for the DACH region. After 6 years, she continued with Ingram Micro in the IT Distribution field setting up a SSC for Go-To-Market services in Europe. She moved to Germany to lead a Transformation and Change Management Program as COO at Davaso Holding GmbH (Germany biggest BPO provider in the Healthcare sector). Before joining OI, Gratsiela was responsible for German Retail & Sales accounts as Director, Account Management at Sutherland Global Services.
