What do you love most about working at Orion?
The thing I love most about Orion is the flexibility I have with my work hours, which helps me in balancing my personal and professional life. Also, I love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone in Mumbai, as well as with the other branches.
What advice would you give to other women in technology roles?
The one piece of advice I’d give to other women in tech roles is to be comfortable, give your best in whatever you do, and enjoy it fully. If you love what you are doing, you are going to get through whatever comes your way.

The secret to my success is being honest in my work, taking full ownership of my responsibilities, and enjoying it fully.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve overcome?
The biggest challenge is, in an industry that is constantly progressing, it is hard to stay on track. Keeping up with the industry’s trends and learning new skills is important.
