What do you love most about working at Orion?
The thing I love most about Orion is the company’s focus on technology, people and growth. Orion has always been a company where people come first, and that shows in the energy and collaboration that are so abundantly clear in the day-to-day functioning.
What is the secret to your success?
While the rest of the world is obsessed with determining the secret to success, I am obsessed with achieving my goals. Being a result-oriented person, I always love to take on new challenges. Whatever I do, I do it with utmost passion and do not give up.
What advice would you give to other women in technology roles?
The one piece of advice I’d give to women is to move forward with confidence. The sky is the limit for those who have a clear vision, positive attitude and firm belief in themselves. Obstacles will always be there, but with courage and commitment, you will be able to overcome them.
Who are some of your female role models or women you look up to?
I have always looked up to Helen Keller as my role model. Despite being deaf and blind, she was able to do so much with her life. I’m also the proud daughter of a teacher who instilled in me the value of time and the need to be a perfectionist in everything I do.
