Andrey is an experienced professional with over 15 years’ history of working in the IT industry. Before joining the company as Program Manager, Andrey held senior positions in established telecom companies where he acquired large-scale program management and business planning skills. In 2018, Andrey was appointed General Manager of the Lithuania branch, and he’s responsible for setting up and running operations in Vilnius. Andrey holds an engineer’s degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
