What advice would you give to other women in technology roles?
As leaders in the workplace, women should keep in mind that, if they ever sense that someone is disrespecting them, they should share their impression in an assertive manner and give the person a chance to clear the air.
Who are some of your female role models or women you look up to?
I look up to all of my female and male colleagues who are managing to take care of their families and their work-related tasks, while feeling successful at both roles.
