What do you love most about working at Orion?
13 years at Orion is a testimony of me loving Orion. What strikes me most is that no one gets lost in the crowd. Everyone is appreciated for the above and beyond value addition they bring by the leadership. Mantra at Orion is teamwork and collaboration.
What is the secret to your success?
This is a easy recipe. Stay focused, stay determined, and always be ready to learn and adapt to change. I believe in leading by example. “Do as I do,” not “Do as I say.”
What is the biggest challenge you’ve overcome?
Getting accepted when you are trying to compete. I had a learning curve as I switched my career from a teaching professional to IT. It took a lot of determination and perseverance to keep doing my best. It paid off, and here I am today.
