Premier League power Liverpool FC has contracted with Orion Innovation to be its official digital transformation partner, which could span everything from ecommerce to CRMs to gameday experience. One of Orion’s core offerings is its “Stadium as a Service” product that encompasses fan journeys, event management, ticketing, marketing, analytics, venue operations and more. Satish Kumar, Orion’s Global Head of Sports & Entertainment, said the agreement will last three to five years and, though the specific roadmap remains in development. “They are very forefront in terms of adopting new technologies to bring fans together,” he said, adding, “That’s where the partnership has come into life.”
